Salutogenic coaching focuses on the development of skills and capabilities (expansion of resources) and not on the deficit. In principal I use conversations, local positions in the room, exercises on relaxation and imagination and sometimes even written tasks. However, no one will lay on a couch, needs to beat a drum or make funny contortions.
In contrast to counselling in coaching you will develop you own solutions and find your own path ahead. The focus is on your own personal experience and perception. We do not theorise but rather follow a practical approach by stepping right into your individual life situation. This will ensure a sustainable and lasting effect of the coaching session.
